Welcome to my web site. I am a professional landscape photographer based on the Isle of Lewis, the largest of the Outer Hebridean Islands. Lewis is situated about 40 miies out from the west coast of mainland Scotland.  Oiseval Gallery, established by my wife and I in 1992, is open all year and is located in the traditional crofting village of Brue on the wild Atlantic coast of Lewis.

My Gallery displays both framed and unframed work for sale, and also provides a efficient worldwide mail order service.

My images are captured using Velvia 50 transparency film or digital, using Linhof 617 panoramic, Canon EOS 1Ds Mk III , and Mamiya RZ67 Cameras.

All prints are produced individually, and signed by myself, on Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl 285gsm paper using archival ultrachrome pigment inks on a Epson 7900 professional, state of the art, large format printer. The prints on this stable Fine Art paper have a life expectancy in excess of 70 years.

Prints are dispatched in rigid packaging by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service within the UK, and via Airsure outwith the UK, they are therefore insured against loss or damage.  A signature will be required on receipt.                      

In addition to my extensive collection of Hebridean images, I also have a wide selection of work covering the North and North West of Scotland, Yorkshire, and more recently the Scottish Borders.
